Fees & turn times for atypical or complex properties may differ due to the amount of time required in effectively researching data and preparing the appraisal report. Fees for such properties will be negotiated with our customer prior to the acceptance of the appraisal assignment.

*Guaranteed turn time is 48 hours from the date of inspection of the subject property.  The 48 hour guaranteed turn time does not include weekend days or recognized holidays.  Therefore if a property is inspected on a friday the report will be considered delivered within the 48 hour guaranteed turn time as long as it is delivered by the following tuesday.  If the report is not delivered within our guaranteed turn time we will reduce the fee for the appraisal by half and adjust the invoice accordingly.*
